The Brasserie Group, well-known in Leiden and its surroundings, is set to open Brasserie Polderfabriek in the spring of 2024! This restaurant has an educational focus and boasts its own orchard. With a vegetable garden, a large terrace right by the Does and a local shop, the Brasserie pays homage to Dutch nature. Thanks to its location near the A4, it's the perfect spot for business meetings. The restaurant will be equipped with unique meeting and conference rooms, and starting next year, you can even reserve the charming circus wagons outside or the greenhouse in the vegetable garden.
The Polderfabriek is the sixth restaurant for the group. Each location of the Brasserie Group has its own identity and offers endless possibilities. The robust Brasserie de Poort is situated in an old city gate in Leiden, complete with a historic Gatekeeper's Hall and rooftop terrace. In Leiderdorp, you'll find Brasserie Park, an old farmhouse next to a large park with five separate rooms and a wedding garden.
