BplusC (Library plus Center for Art and Culture) provides course programs and rents out spaces at Apothekersdijk, and Middelstegracht for conferences, meetings, lectures and workshops. Both larger groups - up to 200 people - and smaller groups can go there. Catering arrangements are possible and beamer, laptop, flip-over, overhead or slide projector can be rented separately. Rooms are also rented out per day.

The Leidse Volkshuis, at 33 Apothekersdijk, clearly shows Berlage's influence. It was built in 1899 by order of the 'Stichting Het Leidse Volkshuis', founded by three professors from the Leiden Law Faculty. The objective was 'to increase development and happiness in life among workers and assimilated classes in Leiden'.

The Theaterzaal in Het Leidse Volkshuis can accommodate 200 people, 160 in theater style. There is a piano, a professional sound and light system and a beamer. There is room for coffee or a drink in the adjacent foyer. The Studio has a semi-professional dance floor and a mirror wall, suitable for dance workshops. The other well-equipped classrooms are ideal for meetings and workshops.

The stage hall of the Muziekhuis (Middelstegracht 123) can be rented outside the regular programming. In theater style, the room is suitable for up to 250 people. There are also ten rehearsal rooms, a bar/meeting room and a sound recording studio.
Leiden Central Station is a 5–10-minute walk from the Volkshuis. The Muziekhuis can be reached by bus 13 and 14. By car you can park in the adjacent AH parking garage.
