The New Hall of Scheltema Leiden: De Zagerij

At Scheltema Leiden, the former workspace of the Lakenhal has been converted into a modern bar called “De Zagerij”. The characteristic walls and floor have been preserved, giving this space a unique atmosphere just like the rest of Scheltema Leiden. With a large bar and high ceiling that allows for plenty of natural light, De Zagerij, which means ‘The Sawmill’,  is ideal for various types of gatherings such as parties, drinks, meetings, dinners, presentations and corporate events.

In addition to all the usual amenities of a bar, De Zagerij also has audiovisual equipment such as a projector with large screen, modern sound system and professional lighting plan that can be customized to your liking. The room also has an air conditioning system that always ensures the desired temperature. This makes De Zagerij extremely suitable for all types of corporate events.
