On Wednesday 22 October, the Faculty of Archaeology at Leiden University will hold an open house. The programme consists of free lectures, demonstrations and workshops.
The walk-in programme starts at 11:30 a.m., where you can register for the workshops taking place later that afternoon. During the day, you will also have the opportunity to bring your own archaeological finds to have them examined by an expert. In addition, you can visit the ArcheoHotspot and make use of archaeological materials there. The ArcheoHotspot was designed to celebrate the 450th anniversary of Leiden University.
