LHSC Knowledge Café #7: Puzzling out parenthood together
The Leiden Healthy Society Centre (LHSC) will hold a knowledge café at Leiden University of Applied Sciences on October 14, 2025. The knowledge café provides an opportunity to share expertise, take on projects, and create answers to contemporary child-rearing problems.
LHSC is an initiative of the municipality of Leiden and the Faculty of Social Sciences at Leiden University. The LHSC focuses on a holistic approach to healthcare, with a unique network of the municipality, Leiden University, knowledge institutions, social organisations, entrepreneurs and residents. This collaboration is not only unique, but also essential for creating solutions to complex health problems. An example of a complex health issue is that obesity is related to factors such as stress, as well as a healthy and green environment and a sense of community.
By organising knowledge cafés, LHSC stimulates new collaborations and strengthens existing networks.
