Symposium | Beyond tradition - Research and the shift towards responsible, animal-free innovations

The symposium aims to raise awareness of the issue and promote discussion in Leiden. It does so by bringing together researchers, scientists and professionals involved in animal testing and animal welfare to discuss the latest developments in the use of animals in scientific research conducted at the LUMC, the UL and the Leiden Bio Science Park.  The programme consists of lectures and poster sessions, and there will be opportunities for networking.
