Welcome to Leiden, European City of Science 2022. The SANO Wetenschapsdag you are attending is part of this very special year, in which Leiden will be in the spotlight of science in Europe. Leiden is the first city to organise a 365-day festival around this prestigious title, aiming to share knowledge, science and discoveries among everyone with a curious mind. About the venue

CORPUS Congress Center is part of the educational attraction CORPUS 'journey through the human body' which has attracted more than one and a half million visitors since March 2008. Together with the adjacent four-star Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, it forms a large conference complex. CORPUS is a 'journey through the human body' during which the visitor can see, feel and hear how the human body works and what roles healthy food, healthy life and plenty of exercise plays. CORPUS offers a variety of information and provides education and entertainment with this journey as well as a vast number of permanent and variable exhibitions.
