Pidfest 2026
From 27 to 29 October 2026, SURF will host the international PIDfest conference in Leiden. The conference aims to inspire and share knowledge about persistent identification (PID). PIDfest is the meeting place for anyone involved in or interested in PID!
The conference offers an opportunity for PID fans, users and decision-makers from around the world to come together,
and aims to address practical issues related to infrastructure in order to promote research and innovation in this field.
The programme includes lectures and workshops and will take place at Naturalis and LUMC in Leiden, with only a short walking distance between the two locations. More information about the programme will be shared at a later date.
