The European Research Reactor Conference (RRFM)
Contact

The European Research Reactor Conference (RRFM) is an annual conference that this year will take place from 20 to 24 April 2026 in Leiden. RRFM is the conference where experts, exhibitors, scientists, regulators, and industry leaders from the European research reactor community come together.
The conference programme consists of plenary sessions and various parallel technical sessions on topics such as research reactor technology, use, safety and management. In addition, you can take part in three technical visits to the NRG PALLAS nuclear facility in Petten, the Reactor Institute at Delft University of Technology and the URENCO enrichment facility in Almelo.
In addition to RRFM, two side events will take place:
- International Radioisotope Supply Chain Meeting – IRIS 2026 from 20 to 21 April 2026. IRIS is the leading conference for professionals from across the radioisotope value chain. This year, producers and researchers will come together for the first time to discuss innovations, practical solutions, and the latest developments. The conference encourages collaboration and strengthens the future of radioisotopes in medicine, industry, and science.
