19th International Conference on Science and Technology Indicators (STI)
For the last 25 years our institute (centre for Science and Technology Studies) organizes a congress every four years, in Leiden, on analysing and mapping scientific development. Bringing together around 300 researchers from all over the world to Leiden.
We’ve noticed that the participants love to come to Leiden: an internationally renowned university, a beautiful historic city centre with a rich cultural heritage, world-class museums, a wide selection of nice bars and restaurants, excellent connections to the rest of the world.
Additionally, of crucial importance: Leiden has made spectacular progress regarding hotel- and conference capacity over the recent years. The city is progressively presenting itself as a strong international congress city, where participants and their partners will enjoy themselves.
